if it would help, epocrates essentials also has 5mcc, so if you want to know what program that you will only need, it would be epocrates essentials... but then it's too expensive
 
you can download the merck manual for free onto your palm, its great! and there is a free antibiotics guide that is awesome from johns hopkins. i like free programs. diagonosaurus too for ddx's...
 
Epocrates and 5 min clinical consult in Lexi-comp. I also occasionally use the other stuff in lexi but its difficult to navigate and pretty long winded.
 
I love Pepid. It has absolutely everything you need for 3rd and 4th year.Diseases, drugs, interaction generators, lab manuals, stuff for rotations in general, all peer reviewed evidence..... It is pretty pricey though, that is the only downside.....
