I will be a Prelim Medicine intern next year, and I'm interested in suggestions for useful PDA software. I found the PDA/technology forum minimally helpful. Please PM me any thoughts on what is good or bad.

Lexi-drugs is probably the best drug application...costs some money, but is constantly updated, has pharmacokinetic info and comprehensive dosing recs that ePocrates doesn't have...a good buy.

I used to use Clinical Medicine Consult (not the 5 minute medicine consult program). It was an exceptionally well written and referenced PDA text, but since my PDA was filched about 8 months ago, haven't had the opportunity to use it any more. Highly recommend that program over the 5 minute program.
