So I bookmarked a question in the bio section and when I went to the review page, I noticed that the questions were already graded. It showed which ones I got wrong / correct before I actually submitted it and went on to the next section. Will the actual PCAT exam do the same?

The actual PCAT will not do that, the practice test does that just so you know the correct answer and can learn from it.
