Ok guys, I'm about to take the Pearson Practice test about some time this week, but before I begin I had some questions on how to get the scores calculated.

After answering the 48th question of each subtest will it then be automatically scored or do we have to go to the final review page and click on "get composite score report?"

after every section, you can submit your answers, and it will give you a page with results showing what questions you got right, and which ones you got wrong. also, how many you got correct out of 48. after all of the subject tests, it will show you a range for your composite score instead of an exact number.

are we allowed to redo the questions with the timer after we score the tests?

I took them last cycle and unless they changed the exam, once you scored them you couldn't change your answer. I don't remember about the timer but it would be hard to retake it if you see the answer you selected previously already marked.
