I have a question about Inflammatory breast tumors
I think ive seen a question on UW or something that asking what causes the dimpling of the skin in peau de orange
And i thinkkkk there were 2 answers 1) invasion and blockage of lymphatics
and 2) because of suspensory(coopers) ligaments.
I think the answers on UW was coopers ligaments, but i dont understand why #1 would be incorrect
What is the correct explanation?
