What antibiotic guide do you recommend for pediatrics?

Do resources like the Sanford Guide or Johns Hopkins Abx Guide include pediatric dosing?

I'm always a fan of the Sanford guide. Also many hospitals keep record of local and frequent bugs they see along with their resistance pattern, so ask your friendly neighborhood ID doc if they have one.
