I am curious for those of you who are employed physicians with a salary and bonus, what your bonus structure is. I have been a practicing pediatrician (3 days/week) in the Midwest (outside of Chicago) for the past 12 years. I work for a single owner practice and am re-negotiating, trying to get an idea what 'typical' might be. TIA!
