Pediatric Dentistry Internship

Does anybody know of any pediatric dentistry internships? I saw some posts previously of Temple University and Children's Colorado having one but Temple has not responded to my email and Children's Colorado said they got rid of the position to create another resident position in their program. The only other alternative I can think of is an AEGD/GPR with a focus on pediatrics.
