It looks like this guy is an FM dude. I don't know if he lurks here in EM, to see our sense of humor.

To the question in the OP's thread title, I don't know one. I use the Tarascon peds EM pocket book for on the spot.
 
1) Know normal/abnormal vital signs
2) Febrile Infants 29 days or younger get full workups with LP and 99% get admitted
3) Its only a 30 day rotation. children suck and peds EM is the worst.

Harriet Lang has peds drugs and normal lab values. It's a little big to fit in your lab coat pocket.

A pediatric code card or Pedi STAT app and the pediatric section in any of the typical EM textbooks is more than enough for a rotation.
