I was going to suggest Everybody Poops, but Where the Wild Things Are is good too.

1) Know normal/abnormal vital signs
2) Febrile Infants 29 days or younger get full workups with LP and 99% get admitted
3) Its only a 30 day rotation. children suck and peds EM is the worst.
"PEDs EM" - by me

Harriet Lang has peds drugs and normal lab values. It's a little big to fit in your lab coat pocket.

A pediatric code card or Pedi STAT app and the pediatric section in any of the typical EM textbooks is more than enough for a rotation.
