I realized that I want to do pediatric work and neuro work but I want to do something invasive...not epilepsy. Does pediatric endovascular neurology exist?

My guess is IR ... maybe neurosurg. No neurologists that I know of do this kind of work ... it's pretty uncommon in kids.
