Hey Team,

Was hoping for other pediatricians who are purely reimbursed on wRVU production to share what they are paid per wRVU?

Looking at job offers in the South and am comparing.

I'm in the midwest, but really, your reimbursement should be comparable if your company is using standard MGMA data. Pediatrics is somewhere around $50 per RVU. Most recent data is skewed due to the pandemic (physicians who were salaried but had a dramatic drop in patients through the year - resulting in a higher $ per RVU for the year). Most companies are not using that year in their calculations.
