Any comments on the relative competitiveness of a peds ID match in Boston? Anyone understand the *real* difference between the Boston Children's A program and traditional program? FYI I'm focusing on Boston because I'd like to get a MPH at Harvard and it would be more economical to combine with fellowship training.
