Try looking at the freida website which lists all the peds/pm&r programs.

I know Jefferson and Temple both have Peds/PM&R programs. (both with only 1 spot) When I interviewed at Temple they said that they hardly had any applicants for this position. But I have no first hand information regarding this. Hope this helps.
