They are still a work in progress, but the aim was to create an inclusive note source for the Pediatric shelf that included patient presentation, HPI, buzz words, and colored according to importance. Partly what I was trying to capture with the YouTube Videos I'm also working on. In a crude way it quantitated topics appearing in the question sources.

I hit 95th percentile on the shelf earlier in the year and felt they captured most of what was on the shelf.

This is great! Are you MD or DO? I'm definitely gonna study through what you posted later but I'm confused about what exactly we're expected to know for this shelf.. For example, do we need to memorize expected weight and height increases by age? Normal values for kids by age? Details about the immunization schedule? Do we need to know anything about medication doses? How much detail should we know about developmental milestones? There are just so many tiny details in peds... is the shelf more big picture things or do we need to memorize certain values, etc.? Thank you!

No Normal values for kids by age? no Details about the immunization schedule? broad general details like hep B is completed early, don't start MMR until later, etc Do we need to know anything about medication doses? no How much detail should we know about developmental milestones? This is actually important to know, guarantee you will get at least one question on your shelf regarding this. There are just so many tiny details in peds... is the shelf more big picture things or do we need to memorize certain values, etc.? Thank you!
