I purchased a pediatric littman classic II a few years back that I generally dislike and repurchased my lost littman cardiology IV with the peds diaphragm on and I love it.

I purchased a pediatric littman classic II a few years back that I generally dislike and repurchased my lost littman cardiology IV with the peds diaphragm on and I love it.

That’s what I use too, and love it. The small side with peds diaphragm is plenty small, and the acoustics are great. The only time you’d want something tinier is NICU (or I suppose if you work newborn only) but they all come with their own stethoscopes so it wouldn’t matter anyway.

I love my pediatric Littman. Much better than the cheap individual ones my hospital uses - applying Neo this summer.
