Does anybody have any idea of what's the hourly pay for Pediatric urgent care is (resident moonlighting vs a full attending doing it) ?

based on my inquiries a few years ago it ranged from 100-150 bucks an hour at various places.

That seems high to me, but maybe I've just been at academic centers. When I was doing fast track, we'd make around $75/hr, a bit more for night shift. I haven't looked around at private institutions though.

It's tough to get $150 an hour working a peds ED, much less urgent care.
I would bet most places are closer to $100, but they can certainly go up.
