Hello All,

Just wondering what the general experiences have been while interviewing for a pediatrics residency program. Overall, I hear that they are pretty laid back. If anyone out there can relate- please post!! I'm really interested in hearing about the Northeast/Mid Atlantic Programs (NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, DC).......please be specific if you can!!

what type of questions do they ask? i loved the section here on SDN that had "interview feedback" for medical school, but they don't have anything (that I know of) like that for residency...

They did have an interview feedback resource on here for residency interviews. I saw it a few weeks ago, but now can't seem to find out how to access it since they changed the format of the site...

Regardless, since so few people knew about it there were not many posts under pediatrics, really any of the specialties for that matter.

I also wish they had the interview feedback as they have for med school. There is a sticky with old interview feedbacks of various programs. I have found that to be helpful. However, it has feedback of mostly the larger programs. There is little to no feedback on the smaller and less competitive programs especially in the east coast. If you all find other sites that give interview feedback, please post it. I would love to have access to more feedback.
