hello--i just wanted to ask anyone out there if they thought an 85 (new format) and a 3.4 ish is good enough to get into a pedo residency? i really don't knwo how competitive they are and also when should i start gettin letters of rec and figuring out this pass application to still be early (im in my d3 year) i have some programs in mind but just wanted a general idea if people get in with these stats--i just really dont want to retake boards.

I'd go talk to the heads of the pedo department at your school. I am sure they can give some good advice.
