For those of you going for pedo, does your current dental school influence your residency acceptance? For example, if you go to UMDNJ is it more likely you'll get into UMDNJ's pedo program? Thanks!

There's no universal answer...it depends on the school and the person. Some people it may help, whereas some people it may hurt. The same goes for externships...some people come here and it helps them, while others are social ******s and it ends up hurting their chances.
