Does anyone know of any good pediatric antibiotic apps for the iphone?

Current Clinical Strategies has a peds abx app. I've been toying with getting it, though the price-point is a little higher than I usually like (~$10). The 7 reviews on the app store are all good.

Sorry, mis-wrote slightly. CCS has an ABX advisor that looks much like Sanfords. Contains peds recs as well, though not advertised as peds-specific. Price is $13.
