Hi all-
I work in an academic center where I am one of the few attendings (newbie 5 months in) who also does shifts in the peds ED. I end up getting scheduled for about 1 shift a month, and I feel like I lose my peds skills going so far in between peds shifts- it just comes less naturally and I feel less comfortable every time I'm there compared to the adult side.

Does anyone have a good peds quick reference- either an app or a pocket card or something- that I could use during a shift, or alternatively something quick to review every few weeks so I feel up to date with my peds?

I have an iphone app I like called palmPEDI. Good for codes. Other than that I use Pepid on my phone. I do about 10% peds.
