For someone who is never going to practice peds GI, buying a book would be overkill. There are lots of good free resources on the internet. Find if your school/hospital library has access to Pediatric In Review (this is the monthly board prep. magazine AAP resident members get. The quality of the articles is excellent). The following are good articles (I've read a lot of them). The two "Clinics" articles can be obtained on
www.mdconsult.com. And
www.emedicine.com usually has really good articles as well. The one thing I could'nt find was a good short article on milk protein allergy/intolerance, but it would also be something good to read about.
