Dumb question maybe, but is there anything equivalent to "Pediatrics in Review" for adult medicine? I feel like the article length is usually 5-10 pages on any given topic and aimed squarely at interns/residents.

Uptodate.com is too dense for a quick review on a broad topic like Glomerulonephritis. Harrison's likewise can get bogged down in the basic science details that don't concern me as much. Any help?

260+ views and no responses? I'm gonna guess that baby Harrison's is my best option...

There's no equivalent to Peds In Review on the adult side, but there are plenty of resources to study for the boards and also expand your knowledge on rotations. MKSAP audio (expensive) and MKSAP books (from the ACP) are resources that you can use for the boards (and for rotation). MedStudy publishes books that you can use to study for the boards (medstudy offers internal medicine and pediatrics). MedStudy also publishes a DVD of their board review course that you can use to study. Both MKSAP and MedStudy have questions.

There is the Mayo Clinic Internal Medicine Board Review Book (textbook), Cleveland Clinic Internal Medicine Board Review Book (textbook), etc. I believe First Aid also publishes a Internal Medicine Board Review Book.

These are some resources that you can use as you progress through residency (and study for the boards).
