Any advice for incoming Peds interns to cut down on the learning curve in residency? or just general residency advice?

Make friends with the charge nurses and senior nurses. They generally know what they are talking about and can be your ally.

Experience pays dividends that books can’t teach you. Even to this day, they remain my best colleagues.
