Peds Residency application

How many letters of rec do most people get for their peds residency app.? I have seen most ask for a min of 3, but how many do most people send? Just trying to figure out right now who to get LORs from. Thanks!

Check the FAQ for some good advice...You will need 3-4. Some programs will require one from a peds chairman, others will not. You need at least 1 if not 2 letters from pediatric-type people, the others should be from people who know you very well from rotations (family med, internal med, etc).

Dont send more than 4, ERAS wont let you anyway
