Just wondering. Has there ever been a nobel prize winner from Peking University due his/her work conducted there?

I'm afraid no. There are two nobel laureates who received their undergraduate education in the former south-west united university which was combined by Peking U, Tsinghua U and Nankai U during the second china japan war. But you will light another war if you say those nobel laureates come from one of the three universities.
