DENTAL HOUSE vs. SANSOM TOWERS?
Thanks for the direction camelion1. Found lots of useful info on housing.
I called the RA at the dental house yesterday, and it didn't sound so bad, although he is biased. $625 for a single with kitchen and private bath. I called the housing office about the Sansom grad towers today and $550 for a shared 2 bed with kitchen and 1 bath including all utilities sounds good too. I just don't know how noisy the floors are going to be and the thought of being assigned a random roommate, well you know...
Anybody else considering these options?

Sanar,
I lived in housing similar to Samson my sophomore year. It's not that bad. But, 1) you don't know who you will be rooming with (kinda like your freshman year in college again), 2) the elevators in these places take forever, 3) the floors could be noisy or smell because of the food of what someone else in your hall is cooking. There are good sides to it too though: 1) you will be able to meet Penn kids easier because of the living situation, 2) you are on campus. Don't live in the Dental House. I haven't really heard many good things about it. If you want I can put you in touch with some of my friends/teammates that live in the Samson(Graduate) towers.
