Penn Deans Scholarship Question

I was wondering how many students, per class, are on the Deans Scholarship at Penn?

For those on the Deans Schol, do you find it difficult to mantain the 3.0 GPA? And how did you choose Penn + Deans Scholarship over your state school - I am assuming they were about the same in cost.
