Hey all,

I was filling the penn secondary application and got hit by two of the questions. I was wondering if anyone is willing to make some comments or suggestions for answering those questions:

1. Explain what interest you the most in dentistry and what interest you THE LEAST.

2. What qualities of Penn Dental School do you feel will help you to achieve your professional goals and how?

Honesty on the first one but then go through that booklet they mail with the secondary and pick out some aspects of the school that appeal to you and your goals as a professional

I mean I havent received any booklet or anything..But is the info in the booklet the same as on the PENN DENTAL website?

I can dig into the web and find some valuable aspects of penn dental...i guess

Any more suggestions?

I recieved the booklet recently. The info is basically the same as far as mission of school and programs.

I know Penn is really big on community service, i believe there is a comm. service requirement or something like that..so maybe you could talk about how community service is important to you..if it is 🙂 That'll make them happy! 🙂

Talk about how the community outreach program is important in your training to become a great dentist... can't tell you what I wrote exactly... but I'm sure you can find the importance of such a program on your own 😀

as for what interests you the least, how about the fact that so many people hate the dentist? that could be discouraging if your patients don't WANT to see you.
