It's official! I got the "Hold for interview" letter back in September and another one in November...finally got my rejection letter last week. It's about time! So I guess this "Hold for interview" letter really is just Penn State's way of letting you down easy.
 
I know. i got the same letter. they gave me false hope. oh, well.
