For those of you going to Penn or who just know what they are talking about, did they offer you the dean's scholarship when they accepted you or do you have to wait until school starts? I loved the school but didn't feel like I could afford the cost.

they let you know in the acceptance letter. I didnt get one either

The scholarship offer does initially come with the acceptance letter. ... I have heard, however, that if the students to whom the scholarships are offered choose not to attend, the money is recycled and offered to another student. I guess that, potentially, it could be offered to a student who has already decided to attend. ... Who knows?
