I just want to see anyone's thought on this: Penn V.S. Columbia, penn Obviously have a great program, I heard it was only 3 years?? is that true??

you probably have penn mixed up with uop (univ. of pacific) which has a 3 yr program. uop is not short for university of pennsylvania, even though it looks like it could be.
