can someone explain how they determine percentiles. my AA was 98.7. is that 98.7% higher than anyone who took that test version this year??? or forever, or just that day?? confused =)

Does prometric/ ADA release score percentiles for schools to look at? or are schools subjected to view just the 1-30 scores that students are given?
