Does anyone have an idea of what scores are considered 2+ standard deviations above the mean for AA and TS?

You can try searching breakdowns from a few years ago. Scores have gone up slightly, but if you're curious about your percentile at least you'll have a ballpark.

Honestly I don't think this would give a good sense of what the actual averages are, pretty sure majority of SDN posters have above average scores

Average on SDN is AA 22 TS 22 BIO 22 GCHEM 23 OCHEM 23 RC 21 QR 20 PAT 22.

Out of about 300 samples, 155 people have 22+ AA/TS scores on SDN between june 2015 - june 2016.

300/13,000 is about 1 % of all test takers however, so using SDN scores is not a good idea.
