Lol post one and I'll solve it when I'm not dying over finals. Can anyone give the easiest and shortest way how to solve these perfect square problems.
Hi, great, this one: 3x^2-5x-7=0Lol post one and I'll solve it when I'm not dying over finals.
Yes. Very simple ones, nothing involving the quadratic equation. It's usually an equation that you can easily factor.Hi, do we need to know how to solve perfect square for the DAT? Something like 3x^2-5x-7=0
Hi, great, this one: 3x^2-5x-7=0
I'm super rusty with math, but I'm not sure if that polynomial is solvable without a calculator? I think the roots would be non whole numbers which I think might be outside the scope of the dat?
That said, my main man LBS did way better than me in QR so wait for him for now 🙂
I don't think you'd be asked this @flossit
this is easy to solve answer should be between 2.57 and -0.9 for which you have to choose the positive.Hi, do we need to know how to solve perfect square for the DAT? Something like 3x^2-5x-7=0
is it easy to get to that without a calc i haven't bothered doing this question lolthis is easy to solve answer should be between 2.57 and -0.9 for which you have to choose the positive.
