I was wondering if anyone received an interview invitation from theVA in NYC??Getting a little anxious since this is the only program I've applied to.eeks

Heard nothing about the VA in NYC

I think you need to live little bit longer with this unpleasant feelings unfortunately

Question: Do programs wait for the actual application cut-off date to pass before sending interview offers? Has anybody received interview calls from programs with cut-off of August 1?

No. Many programs are sending for interview before the application deadline, Some will wait

And some have cycles

I think many will get their invitations from tomorrow and the 1st week of August

So lets share who got interview and to which program

Nebraska

Louisville

UNC had 108 applicants, 30 people were preselected and 20 will be interviewed. The first interview was done today. 2 people in each interview day.

I received calls from UNC and Ohio. Anyone else?
 
The VA system is painstakingly slow.Has anyone heard from the VA programs?NYC and LA harbor? Do the programs only send out information to the potential interviewees only or are the rejection letters sent out too?

Have the following programs started sending interview invites or r they still in review mode: Kentucky, Connecticut, Louisiana, Louisville, Rochester, Minnesota, Texas Housten & Stony Brook?
 
Did my U at Buffalo interview and Columbia Interview, got accepted to Columbia!
..but I still have my Michigan and Rochester interviews this upcomming week :S
