Periodic table....

Are you given a copy of the periodic table, or do you need to memorize it completely?? Including atomic number, mass weights, etc.?

The PCAT will provide you with amus and atomic numbers if needed. IMHO, i think it would be a plus to have a strong knowledge (ie memorize) of the first two rows.

Also, know the basic groups (halogens, etc) and the basic stuff like common diatomic molecules and such. You won't have to regurgitate exact details exact atomic masses of a bunch of isotopes or stuff like that.

You might want to take a look at the FAQs - lots of helpful information there. And nope, they don't allow calculators...
