applying for Permanent license and DEA number. the question asks to circle the schedule (drugs) I am applying for.

options include: II, IIN, III, IIIN, IV and V


Instinct tells me to circle them ALL, would that be correct? Help me fill this stuff out correctly the first time! thanks 🙂
