Personal essay and quotes

Asdsas advices everyone to look over their essay once they've cut and paste it in the available box. I happen to have quotes in mine, and they seem to show up just fine. But, when I go "print other section" and review the material the quotes in the essay show up as follows ...&quote blah, blah, blah quote$...
Anyone else have this problem? Should I be worried about how it shows up in the "print other section" or simply rely on how it shows up in the "view person statement" section?

had the same problem, figured out how to make it work.
instead of making quotes with the standard quotation mark, make it with 2 ' ' , but with no space inbetween, and itll come out just like quotes.
