Is it okay to copy and paste essay from word to submission box? Or do I retype everything? Everything single spaced? One space after each sentence or two? Do I have to start new paragraph different line with tab?

I removed indents and saved every space i could, after copy pasting from word... i needed that room because AACOMAS gives less space than AMCAS...
For what its worth i got II from every DO i applied to and accepted to all the DO interviews I attended last cycle. (Stopped after the DMU accept as it was my #1 DO)

AACOMAS actually gives the same space as AMCAS starting this cycle
