Personal Statement and Work & Activities Readers?

I have finished a copy of my Personal Statement and Work & Activities and was wondering if anyone would be willing to read it over for content and style? My application is catered toward research-heavy, leadership-emphasis schools so relevant experience in this area (e.g. current MS at these schools) would certainly be preferred!
