Ive finally fiddled and tweaked 95% of my PS to my satisfaction, but havent decided the best way to end it... I am extremely tempted to finish it by telling them Ive weighed all the costs and benefits, had more than a few conversations with doctors about their careers and with absolute cerainty know that this is what I want to do with my life, and so they better just go ahead and accept me now because otherwise Im just going to keep pestering them year after year until they give in. (this is my first try, so its a slightly facetious remark but tru nonetheless, my stats are at or above the avg of this school, a local school, to which I am applying ED, and yes I know im pushing it with the ED deadline but such is the way it had to be)

You'll need to rephrase it. Off the top of my head.

"Nothing will stop my dream from becoming a doctor dedicated to helping the lives of others when help is needed most. Whether or not you can offer me a way to accomplish my dream, I am honored to have been offered such a unique chance to achieve my dream. 'Today we do what others won't. Tomorrow, we do what others can't.'"
