I don't know about your particular school but at my school, our "career center" has people that review and edit personal statements as well as an English Writing Center. Check out your campus (you never know what you may come across).

It'd be more convenient (and cheaper) if you just asked some friends, professors, or maybe your school's career center, if they can edit your personal statement for you. That way, you can also meet with them and discuss any items related to your personal statement.
