personal statement exact question

Does anyone have the exact phrasing used for the question for which we write our personal statement? Thanks in advance I was just wondering how exactly it is worded.

I don't think there is "exact phrasing for a question". The personal statement is just that.....personal. It is who you are and why you want to do dermatology. How you choose to express that is your choice.

There are however a few programs that require answers to specific questions such as UTSouthwestern which you can find on their site and Vanderbilt which just asks you to include any ties to Vandy or Nashville.

I realize that the personal statement is personal and what not, I am just trying to find the exact wording to the question. I mean on ERAS isn't there like a question asking "Why do you want to do your chosen field?" Or something? I was just looking for the exact question, that is all.
