Personal Statement for Premed CV

Hello All,
Thanks in advance for weighing in. I have an opportunity to shadow an awesome physician, but need to present my CV. I have a pretty odd trajectory, moving from a career in the performing arts to a degree in engineering. I am also middle-aged and a mom. Most of the stuff on my CV is academic and/or research- should I very briefly touch on other aspects of my life? Or just leave as is?

Just shadowing hopefully does not require you to have the best CV. I wouldn't waste time redoing it. Just submit and see what happens.
