Personal Statement Formatting

What do you guys think is the best way to format the personal statement- I am copying and pasting it from Microsoft Word.

Should there be indents for new paragraphs?

Anything else we should know about the formatting?

Don't indent, it's a waste of characters. If you want it to be read and not just winced at, though, make sure you skip a line between the paragraphs so it isn't all one block. You'll have to sacrifice a character to do this, but it is worth it.

Don't format it at all.

Copy/paste it into Notepad, make a line appear between the paragraphs, copy it from notepad, paste it into AMCAS, hit submit.
