I don't know what the prompt it and I don't know where to begin or even what to write about. Any examples out there? Any tips?

I think the general prompt is:

How did I come to the decision of dental school? Why am I a good candidate for dental school and how will I contribute to the field?

Google Dental School Personal Statements, you can find several examples to follow.

However, you may want to draft your own statement before reading others so you do not get subconsciously influenced and copy theirs.

To 2Pac: What I have heard from interview committees: It is most important to create a logical well made essay that is easy to read rather than being specific to a certain prompt.

It is a personal statement, allow interview committees to learn a little about you.

I did do the Google Search but a lot of them aren't even close to being 4500 characters long....and they're not for Dental Schools in the US of A.
