Personal Statement -- How and Where

I was wondering if anyone would have any tips, advice or knowledge of seminars, or workshops or anything really... for someone like me on how to put my personal statement together, and FAQ about it?

My paper is all over the place in bits and pieces.

You can get books from your local bookstore on writing personal statements. If you currently go to school, they might have an office that is designed to help you with things like that. You should throw a little money at an english major to edit it for grammar and spelling and possibly content. Just make sure whatever you write is the truth because the adcom will see through the lie in some other part of the admission's process.
