personal statement: how long

Hey guys,
I typed up a 1 page single spaced size 12 font personal statement in word and its only filling about half of the page on the actual CAS application- is this too little?

I have always heard that its not a good idea to write a really long personal statement but half a page seems a little less, no?

i would appreciate any advice! Thanks

Are you sure it transferred correctly? If so, use that extra room to sell yourself some more. That's an opportunity really, not a hindrance.

Don't worry about space content, focus more on quality. Most programs will spend maybe 2 minutes at most reading your personal statement. Some interviewers will actually just glance at your PS for the first time right before the actual one-on-one interview.
