I compared one of my work experiences with one of the four tenets of osteopathic philosophy. Do I need to cite this or is it considered as general knowledge? It might be a stupid question but I haven't written formally in a while. Also, I am aiming for D.O schools only so would it be beneficial to gear towards relationships between experiences and osteopathic philosophy?

Sounds like it's OK. Might be more appropriate for secondaries too.

When I wrote my PS, I focused on why medicine? and why physician? specifically with a sentence or two about osteopathic philosophy. I talked about why DO in my secondary because most secondary's will have this prompt.

Alright thanks! @Goro and @PlaqueBuster
